1. All Sales Final
All products sold by SolahMoon.com — including art prints, apparel, merchandise, original works, digital downloads, and music — are final sale.
Exceptions are made only for defective or damaged items.
2. Defective or Damaged Items
If an item arrives defective or damaged, it may be returned under the following conditions:
You must notify us within 3 days of receiving the item
The item must be unused
All original tags and packaging must be included
Clear photos of the damage/defect must be provided
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
International customers are responsible for all taxes, import duties, and related fees
If approved, you may be offered a replacement or store credit.
3. Shipping Policy
Orders ship out weekly
Shipping cutoff is Friday at noon (Eastern Time)
Orders placed after this time will ship the following week
Delivery times vary depending on carrier and destination
SolahMoon.com is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or customs-related delays
International customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs fees in their country.
